I kind of degree in regards to the most diversity part, but then again everyone is entitled to their opinions i reckon.

Name another group who displays more types just on a intra-african level, real or pseudo? Im not even going to bring up more admixed types:patrice:

@ that person who posted the white women in the Jamaican thread so I can neg them, I didn't vote on Jamaicans cause part of my family is from there :hubie:

I hate to have to neg @Luken since he stays @'ing me into Jamaican threads, but what the fukk......

Definitely Sudan and i believe Mauritania and there is no denying that. I think Nigeria may have it(from photos i have seen), but less of a scale but it is restricted to certain groups in the Northern region such as Fula, Tuaregs, Baggara(Shu wa Arabs), and of course some(not all) of their people mixed with the dominate Hausa population, and the Kenya Kikuyus(one of the largest ethnic groups in Kenya) is definitely a toss up, many of them look and i hate this expression "bantu" and i personally met some who look very Hornish when i was in (Australia) so it depends with them. I would say South Africa i am not sure because i went there once when i was young. The South Africans i usually encountered in both New Zealand and Australia was usually "white" and on one occasion coloured.

Definitely Sudan

sudan is phenotypically diverse but no. They have horner types and nilotic types on a african scale but that's where it ends, the rest are mulattoid types

and i believe Mauritania

they have sudanids, sahelians and mulattoid types but no bantus

Nigeria has sahelians, sudanids, semi-bantus but not so much mulattoid types

and the Kenya Kikuyus(one of the largest ethnic groups in Kenya) is definitely a toss up, many of them look and i hate this expression "bantu" and i personally met some who look very Hornish when i was in (Australia) so it depends with them.

they have bantu-nilotic-cushytic mixes

on a african scale, they have bantu and bantu + san mixes.

On a african scale, Aframs have the large sections of west africa down to angola in substantial proportions in their original slave stock w/ a little south east africa in the mix

These arguments defeat the purpose of the thread we can debate that another day.

Having said that check out this Dafurian DNA results

(forgive him, i know the Egyptian music is distractingly annoying)

Therefore it is not cut and dry as you think, and you did not factor in the West African migrants(Hausa) of course Egyptians who been there forever.

@IllmaticDelta do u have data on the ancestral origins of modern AAs

As we know , millions did not survive the middle passage/long enough to reproduce so that pic you posted only shows where AAs were shipped from not necessarily their backgrounds

It is not as cut and dry as you think IIImaticDelta, example we have the Hausa who has been in Sudan for over several hundred years due to the annual hajji to Mecca, along with the Azande who are bantu speakers, but most of them live in South Sudan, but you still have some of them in Sudan. Also Egyptians descended people who been there longer than the groups i listed, so it is not as cut and dry as you think.

For example this Darfurian guy found out his ancestry is predominately "bantu".

Also what just occurred to me is North America prolly received more Senegambian /Sahelians than any where else because of the shorter distance :ohhh:

And Brazil received more Angolans/kongolese again because of the shorter distance (although Angolans were taken everywhere):ohhh:
