Brehette, it's not popping like that in Salvador for the average woman, Rio is more prone to that but a lot of the women in these pics are from Salvador. It's as simple as doing a google maps search of plastic surgeons in Salvador, you comeback with 6 pages of results, in contrast it's 8 pages for Rio and for comparison it's 10 pages for Atlanta.
