Actually that's not true. They have plastic surgeons that work at a VERY low cost to make it affordable for everyone. Some places even do some stuff for free because they feel that it's a "human right" for everyone to be beautiful. I just watched a documentary on it a few weeks ago. One of the most famous surgeons in the country son runs one such program. Even the men get plastic surgery there. Everyone is getting it. Don't try to make it a WW thing.
