Not unreasonable since we haven't gotten to all of the heavyweights :yeshrug:
All it means is that REAL African heavyweights like Guineans, Ivory Coast, South Africans, Malians(I know you disagree wit this), Angolans, Rwandans, South Africans and Senegalese should sweep!

Glad that Liberians are over Afro-Cubans.

You keep saying this but I've either seen the largest share of AA ancestry being Angolan, Senegambian or groups on the Cameroonian/Nigerian border.

Gambians get a 7 from me. About average.
Majority of Angolans went to Brasil. Common knowledge and well documented. Lots of Nigerian/Cameroon border because the Dahomey are responsible for capturing them and selling them to the English colonies. However, England was the first to abolish and so the slave traders moved into Mende turf.

A significant number of Angolans came to continental America especially during the early days of slavery. Its just that West Africans overtook them because importing slaves from the Angolan region became banned due to those slaves being the most rebellious.

You see that huge massive arrow at the bottom? That's Angola, you see where they're going? Not America. That area is called Brasil. Europeans didn't dare interrupt each others trade routes it would cause instant war.

Maps don't tell the whole story bro. Of course more slave from Angola went to Brazil. You're map is addressing the entire Atlantic slave trade period. Hence "1500-1900." What I said a significent number of Angolan slaves came to America during the EARLY period of the AST.

But more importantly while diverse African admixture, many DNA studies consistently show AAs have a good amount of Angolan admixture. I can post those studies if need be.

The early part as in what date? Because only Portugal had claims to the Angolan region with a sprinkle of Dutch. When did the Portuguese do trading in the United States? That's news to me.

Your tribe is associated with West Africa, not Southern Africa.
