Martin and Will weren't supposed to be the lead roles, it was supposed to be Jon Lovitz and Dana Carvey, two white dudes from SNL

You do know films go through different stages of development right? They would not have been playing the exact same roles, the film was even called something different. Now Arsenio Hall did turn down the role of Lowrey

The movies were only held together by Martin and will. I can’t imagine this series staying alive by adding random big name people without the original essence.
