You can eat what you want so long as it meets your protein goals and caloric deficit. I Used to swear by fasting but if you're eating the same amount of kcal what does it matter and you fast when sleeping so putting a rigid system in place is nit picky.

All that keto and other dieting stuff is nonsense kcal in vs out is what matters

Facts but if you only eat within an 8 hour window chances are ur gonna take in fewer calories

and I think keto is good for getting rid of midsection fat no?

I just found some keto ice cream that’s like 1 carb per serving

my diet better than it was but still trash

Been sticking to my hiit cardio though

Haven’t weighed myself yet might do that today

once I can fit back into a 34 waist jeans comfortably I’ll know I’ll have hit my goal though

never even went on that trip I was talking about lol

and my diet still type trash I coulda lost more weight by now with a better diet

bout to hit the gym right now

I’m still doing the same elliptical routine

The cardio god is back

when the pandemic hit and the gyms shut down I stopped cardio

gyms are back open now but not 24 hours

There’s always a line to get in the gym so I cancelled my membership

Marcy Upright Exercise Bike with...

Bought this bum ass bike off Amazon but it does the job

shyt was making noise since I got it so I might exchange it for another one....I read in the comments it could be a quality control issue because some people don’t have the noise issue....doesn’t affect the pedaling though

I do this routine and start it over until I hit 500 calories....if I go super hard I can probably hit 500 calories in one shot though



I’m 190 lbs right now

gonna try to get to 180lbs and stay there

no special diet right now

I’ve been using my vertical climbing machine I just bought for the past four days. It’s been intense af I go for thirty minutes and I’m tired af afterwards.
