Tip?

Learn to look at food as fuel, not fun or entertainment. Just like gas for your car. Eat as clean as possible, and try to limit yourself to what your body needs. A big bunch of greens (lettuce, spinach, greens) and a source of protein. Water, not caffeine or liquid calories.

For workouts enjoy what you do, have fun. Your grown it's your recess. Don't push yourself to the point where your too sore or its too hard to come back tomorrow. When you look forward to doing it and having fun + your eating is right. You'll lose it and not even consciously think about it.

No caffeine?

how come?

im not a big coffee drinker but some morning I like getting a black iced tea unsweetened from Dunkin’ Donuts

Has about half the caffeine as a cup of coffee of the same size

and I love salad

Gonna try to have only a large salad for dinner at least 3-4 nights out of the week

It can be good, help burn some extra calories but when your body is regulated, you won't need it. Just make sure it's black, or tea. No sugar, no frappucinos and shyt.

You should eat greens everyday. They'll keep your belly full without bloating you or sticking to your ribs and also very low calories. I eat huge salads everyday, I mean 3 fistfuls of spinach, baby greens and lettuce. It's a lot but calorie wise it's maybe only 80-100 calories and that's being generous. I get the bulk of my calories and protein from the pieces of chicken or salmon I eat with it. No croutons, no dressing. Just a couple pieces of meat and the greens. No bread, nothing else. There really no fat that sticks to my ribs, I defecate all of them greens out after absorbing the nutrition.

You just achieve a balance. Water, no lingering sugars or salt, or bread and stuff that you can feel yourself carrying even after you shyt.

yeah the bike I plan on getting I can actually rent for a week first

if I decide to buy within 30 days of renting the money that I spent on the rental goes toward purchasing a new bike

so I think I’m gonna do that

That’s a good way to acclimated. The seat comfort is major. How long would your commute to work be roundtrip?
