No caffeine?Tip?
Learn to look at food as fuel, not fun or entertainment. Just like gas for your car. Eat as clean as possible, and try to limit yourself to what your body needs. A big bunch of greens (lettuce, spinach, greens) and a source of protein. Water, not caffeine or liquid calories.
For workouts enjoy what you do, have fun. Your grown it's your recess. Don't push yourself to the point where your too sore or its too hard to come back tomorrow. When you look forward to doing it and having fun + your eating is right. You'll lose it and not even consciously think about it.
