Alexandria Police make 5 arrests in connection with a shooting death that happened Monday afternoon on Lee Street. All were arrested in connection to the death of 18-year-old Keiuanna Collins, whose body was found near Lee and Dallas.

They are Stormy Cofer, Alfred King, Tramaine Vallery, Barbara Harris and Antonio Fells, all of Alexandria. Cofer is charged with murder, while the others are charged as accessories. Cofer was found yesterday in the 17 hundred block of beatrice
