He hasn't been Koed in a while and won 5 fights in a row. The competition though is not that great and if he gets a title shot from an official CW champ at least we know he going to out on his shield and not fight dirty like B-Dirt to try to get the win.

He makes a pretty good chunk of change overseas which is why he keeps going there. Even losing to Danny Green he got 10 million from them since it was a big event.
