Both is true. I never liked the Billy Donovan hire, but I was willing to be open minded about. I've seen enough through 3 years. He sucks.

The glue to their puzzle been hurt most of their time here.

But I feel like their biggest mistake was playing it safe and hiring Donovan. They should have went with IME. A better coach isn't going to have this group of players and look like this. We started seeing this last year when they couldn't beat any team worth a damn during the regular season
