my thoughts on the gobert deal is it doesn't really make sense. when u acquire a supermax contract player, I expect someone who can make my team a championship contender. and gobert simply doesn't do this. I don't care how good of a defender he is, there are times in the post season where he's unplayable.

you have to think some (big) moves are coming?

best case scenario is AKME are having lowkey talks with the Suns on a sign/trade package:

1) Woj said the Suns dont want to max Ayton, they are searching for sign/trades before he hits the open market and can sign an offer sheet
2) James Jones had an interview this week where he said he values established win now players over raw draft picks, which makes me think he would value players over draft picks in the sign/trade (they need to maximize CP3's last years anyhow) - wonder how they would value a Vuce, Coby, 18th pick package. Vuce gives them an immediate replacement for Ayton, albeit a different skill set. Coby can be the first guard off bench, has a relationship with CP3, who can mentor him to take over down road, and obv Cam Thomas.

Yes he does , dude literally shores up several glaring weaknesses(points allowed in paint,rebounding,rim protector etc)

He don’t have a super max either , if the bulls could keep p will I’d make the trade . The bulls defense would be top 5 in the league
