Nope. He's a dinosaur with how the league is going. It would be different if you could rely on him to make teams pay with his offense for going small, but he doesn't do that.

Charles said last night, that if Shaq was playing today, teams would try to go small and put him through hell in the pick and roll, but on the other side of the court, Shaq would fukking punish them.

Not saying Gobert needs to be Shaq, but when the other team is running a lineup where there biggest person is half a foot smaller than you, you should be getting more than 10 points.

Gobert is so overrated. Rim protection inside is nice but your center has to be able to move on perimeter or you will get bombed on by stretch bigs

Id rather have a Capela type center that can move on the perimeter and be a roll threat
