Yea we’re done

Watching that pelicans suns game made me jealously as hell….Pelicans got a center in valanciunas that just plays big…..banging in the post….intimidating the hell out of players coming in the paint…..and a very nice offensive option down low who likes to play that way

Must be nice

LaVine was doing his best to downplay the severity of the pain he’s been dealing with, but at the same time reminding everyone that the player everyone was seeing at the start of this season was not the same player on either side of the ball by the end.

Not easy to do considering what’s at stake for LaVine this offseason, as he walks into unrestricted free agency and his expected first huge pay day.

Maybe that’s why LaVine wasn’t completely transparent with the injury.

Back in early March, LaVine was discussing the severity of the discomfort and said, “me at 80%, 70%, whatever it is, I’m still one of the best players in the NBA and damn sure one of the best players on the court when we play.’’

According to a source close to the situation, however, LaVine’s knee was “more like 50% and that’s on a good day.’’

The source also said the maintenance of the knee the past few months was an all-day ordeal, and that there would have been a good number of All-Star-type players that would have shut it down for the season with all LaVine had to deal with.

And while LaVine wouldn’t come out and say for sure he was headed for off-season surgery — likely a scope — the source said he will in fact have surgery almost immediately this offseason. One scenario that had been ruled out, according to the source, was that the knee was degenerative and LaVine would be dealing with this long-term.

Good news for both the Bulls and LaVine, who by all expectations will sit down at some point together to discuss a max contract to keep LaVine a Bull. That doesn’t mean executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas deems LaVine untouchable from a sign-and-trade if an unexpected deal presents itself, but as of now the two sides seem to be on the same page with the direction of the roster.

It was clear that Zach's knee was bothering him more than he let on.

For the last part, seems normal. Plan is to resign Zach but if some crazy ass deal comes along, he'll take it. I don't think it'll be for some shyt like a role player and a couple mid round picks.

I can't see Rich Paul wanting to move Zach out of Chicago, but who knows.

Not even Ewing theory, I think with a healthy Zach we wouldn't be struggling at all, but he's clearly not healthy. Let Coby and Ayo run wild together, they have good chemistry. And let Par initiate more. Unleash the youth flutes Billy

Listening to the pressers after the last game, I expect more wide open 3s for Milwaukee's role players tonight.

That's clearly the gameplan, Billy said the guys can close out better and Zach said the rotations need to be better.

This seasons pretty much over so I’m looking forward

the bulls need to let p will play more point forward & unleash him like that game vs Minnesota to maximize his ability

cuz this cat in this footage looks like a player with potential & plays more aggressive on both ends

lonzo & Zach are catch n shoot snipers so it would work only issue is iso derozan :francis: , may not be a popular opinion but it may be time to sell high on dude

send his ass to l.a. for Morris & Mann + or see if the nets want him for Simmons

definitely gotta get a rim protector(Mitch Robinson) & draft a 2 way wing

I been lowkey thinking now might be the best time to sell high on Derozan to a team who thinks they're a piece away and get some complimentary players that feel voids we have

Silver lining heading into Game 5 is that there will be a ton of minutes played by guys who play with energy... that's all I got.
