Toronto winning tonight makes the decision to play Zach even more stupid.
SOOO ... That whole "changing the culture to a winning culture to attract free agents and be taken serious" narrative... we still running with that orrrr is it time to have that conversation 
Have to wonder just how many impact players around the league are watching these "Three Allstars" Listlessly Limp into the playoffs getting splatted by 30 in their final home game of the year while thinking ...yeah thats what I want to be apart of! Sign me up for DeMVP Ball plus 2 picks Nik holding down the post ...that team is right on the cusp of talking it to the next level!!
But hey ...its all about relevance baby ... Im sure Billy Donovan and the gang gets extended in the summer for this obviously successful turnaround

I'm not trying to go with the way the team is looking.
If this play continues in the playoffs, Billy has to go.
We've known we've lacked in certain areas, Caruso's hurt, Zach's hurt, Lonzo being out hurts, but we're not showing any fight. We're not losing, we're getting our heads stomped in. Even when half the team was out with COVID, we were still fighting. That shift from the beginning of the season to now is jarring, something happened to this team. We know Zach and DeMar aren't the rah rah leader types and that's not the best, your coach can't be on some relaxed shyt too, especially when he's consistently being out coached.
In the presser last night, Billy blamed the L on himself. Saying that there was a lot of uncertainty on the floor and it's his job to ensure the game plan is clear. 
He didn't want to throw them under the bus, but honestly, if you're coaching and there's a pattern where certain players or lineups aren't executing what you want, you have up mix things up. Even with the game being over in the 4th, the guys playing came with energy and actually got out and ran.
That's one of the biggest strengths for this team, yet the only guard that forces the team to do it is Lonzo. DeMar wants to slow it down for the most part and Ayo and Coby don't push back, they cave. Since Lonzo has more experience he would be like fukk that and push the pace.
There's too many good open court players on this roster to be walking the ball up possession after possession.
