Vuc is definitely in his head. Last game or the one before, you heard a thud and Adam Amin mentioned that Vuc kicked the scorer’s table out of frustration. Hopefully he does whatever he needs to get his mind right, because even him just hitting those little automatic buckets on dump offs would help this team out so much.

He’s been frustrated since opening night and missing those bunnies. I thought he was actually semi better on defense this game but dude needs to produce on offense more consistently

there was some body contact and Joel didn’t go straight up, he did get the ball cleanly tho but only because he was able to jump into Demar

is this a situation where it will heal over the course of time with no surgery? because if not or there is any concern he won’t be 100% he might just need to get it done and be back in a month - I guess play through the tough stretch and get Coby back first but this is concerning

nah you need surgery , I tore my thumb ligament hoopin years ago it “healed” but still feels weird. I ain’t a pro athlete so I didn’t get surgery. It hurts like hell with any contact/pressure

nah you need surgery , I tore my thumb ligament hoopin years ago it “healed” but still feels weird. I ain’t a pro athlete so I didn’t get surgery. It hurts like hell with any contact/pressure

maybe they are thinking of having him play through the tough stretch, get Coby back and then get that handled. I really don’t want him to have to play through a full season of this and playoffs, not going to be worth it for him or the team long term. Already having these injury issues with him and Pat is trademark Bulls shyt

What's encouraging is that I don't think we have put together 1 complete good game and we are still 6-2 and had a great shot to win this game tonight even after being down big

What's discouraging is how out of sync our offense looks at times and how we are 8 games in and Vucevic has been bad. Lavine got purposely sent through a lot of screens he hesitated to get over due to his thumb. Something we need to keep an eye on.

Also I didn't like lavine approach down the stretch of this game. First time I felt lavine was more concerned about being the hero and not taking a back seat to demar.

Fortunately all these things can be cleaned up.

Also another game where I wish we had coby off our bench.

Yeah, he's shown flashes but he's the only one who hasn't really all the way gotten out of the blocks. We need him to set a strong baseline of what we can expect from him any given night and it's not there yet.

I see a lot of talk about how the Bulls need to get him going earlier in games, but they seek him out and he's been off.

IDK, maybe Donovan can experiment with some lineups where he has him in without Zach or DeMar out there. Something has to give tho
