My parents did not immigrate to America.

Reason why this struggle thread is failing is because other people on here know where my family is from deep south, I said it multiple times.

Something always rubbed me wrong about @Bunchy Carter. Rep who you are fully. Fake shyt is not

I'm a Foundational Black American, my parents, great parents and great-grand parents did not immigrate to the United States of America. My family did not immigrate to the USA, my family built this country. I have always said that my family is from the south and my ancestors built this country and my grandfather and grand uncles fought in WWII and other wars for this country.

Also I like how they actually showed real footage from selma during the movie; during my time in the south I was able to cross the bride that my people walked to get
our voting rights.

I also loved how they showed how whites played tricks to stop blacks from receiving their voting rights. Plus the really showed how LBJ and gay edgar hoover really felt about the blacks of the country we built.

I was taught about racism when I was young from my pops because he grew up in the deep south. He made me and my sis watch old videos of slavery(amistad) and the treatment of black by whites in thr 50's and 60's.

I think you should always talk about racism because it happens everyday. My pops showed me those tapes when I was in early middle school and I did not really understand until late middle school and early high school.

TELL ME YA CHEESIN FAM?

I walk around a little edgy already

Back in 2014 ,a poster told you most of African Americans are mixed and your answer was
"Nope, I'm 100% Black, Straight From the Motherboard"

An FBA would never say that
