Iron man finds Hank Pym and Scott Lang, he creates a new gauntlet since the old one was destroyed and goes back in time to regroup the avengers. They warn them, meet with the guardians, Nick calls Captain Marvel. Thanos has most of the gems already somehow because he's smart af and there's another huge battle on another planet where Cap sacrifices his life to defeat Thanos. Iron Man goes back in time til about the 80's and retires with Pepper and Young unfrozen Cap with the help Scott.
A new alliance of avengers are formed introducing Fantastic four, X-Men, Monica Rambeau and Adam Brashear. Steve and Tony are too old in the present day so Bucky or Falcon becomes the new Cap. There's a bigger threat as there's news of either Galactus from Silver Surfer played by James McAvoy or Kang the Conqueror.
A new phase 5 is formed. The introduction of the fantastic four renting out Tony's old Stark towers and the X-Men (led by Miles Teller as Cyclops) with Wolverine having a new history with Steve in the cold war.
By this time Tony, Steve, Logan and Professor X, Eric Magnus are roughly the same age except Wolvie ages slow.

If they have Iron Man make an Infinity Gauntlet in A4, that’s gonna be ridiculous. Tha MCU already let Iron Man create the Iron Man armor, The Avengers, The Spider-Man costume, Cap shield, Shield’s new hellicarriers, Falcon’s costume n drone, Vision, Avengers tower, Ultron.
