Honestly I thought the original creators bailing was the kiss of death for this.

Could still end up ass but from what I see in the teaser it doesn't look like they're freestyling. Iirc the creators left because Netflix strong armed them for some changes and it sounded like the issues were over aging up certain characters, more romance, and a darker tone.

TBH, if they're not taking a dump on the source material I don't mind an edgier Avatar show :ld:

Idgaf he's watching the whole series and this. He'd rather watch some random trash cartoon instead.

I never really trusted cartoon/anime to live action adaptations. As interesting as the trailer is, ill wait until it comes out to actually judge it
