she's just as racist as he is, there's no surprise there, but at this point, I'm so disappointed in Black NBA players that I want her to keep ownership just so I can see what these guys are willing to do to support what they believe in.
this is such a tired and specious analogy (if it can be even be called that). cacs love to trot out this argument when responding to accusations that the entire sports industry is racist and akin to slavery. plenty of black men stake out lucrative careers in rap without ever answering to a single white boy. so, trying to compare the two is

Is it only akin to slavery because the owners are white and the athletes black?
Do you consider black people who work in other industries, and for white bosses/CEOs, slaves as well?
Is everyone with a job, unless your self-employed, a slave?
no, i don't consider it the same thing. you have a multi-billion dollar industry owned and operated by 99% whites, while over 80% of the players are black. plenty of other industries have black bosses/ceos/managers. the nba and nfl, two entities that reap massive profit off the talent of black men, don't. adding to that, the rules and regulations imposed upon these players by these white owners are racist, as far as i'm concerned.
Assuming this is a problem, do you think there is a solution?
There are only so many people in the world who have the financial wherewithal to purchase and maintain a professional sports franchise. For a litany of reasons, the majority of them are white.
yes. black people need to stop giving their bodies and talent to the nba and nfl. i've said that on here before, with some people agreeing with me while others mocked my suggestion. i think it's the only solution. a wholesale boycott of the professional sports industry by black america. i think the financial loss would be so significant that white america would have no choice but to respond and meet our demands: black ownership. profit sharing with the players. less racist rules on "behavior" on and off the court.
sadly, i don't think it'll happen, as black america is weak and cowardly. they are comfortable with the crumbs master gives them.
