We out here celebrating. :banderas:

But on a serious note I dont speak for the other mexicans on this site but this situation really reinforces what these Coli militants have been saying for a while now. You cant fully trust white ppl. Sure they'll say hi to you and be all buddy buddy at work but like my mom always tell me, why cater to someone who'll only see you as a dirty fukking illegal

to bad most mexicans dont see it

yes the constitution gives you the freedom of speech.... but it doesnt say they wont be consequences in what you say.

no. the Constitution only protects you from government action. private parties can pretty much infringe on your constitutional rights any way they want unless its protected by statute (i.e. civil rights act, title VII, etc.). the only provision of the constitution that applies to private parties is the 13th amendment ban against slavery.

if your employer said using the n-word at the office is banned, you would have no legal recourse. however, if the government said it was banning the use of the n-word, then you would have a valid legal claim.

I see this all from a business standpoint. The NBA is a more global brand compared to other American sports leagues. Doesn't look good and just reminds the world how fukked up America is. Also have to consider most of the world is brown so...there you have it

I agree with you. Mr. Sterling was fukking up the money. I also believe that him mentioning how black Jews were being treated in Israel played a significant part of the presser to ban his azz. With the amount of money cities and counties across American invest into sports (Areans, Stadiums, Tax Breaks, etc.), Sports in America has become officially TOO BIG TOO FAIL. There is too much money at stake. All of these owners are on notice.

i could see sterling bringing a lawsuit though and dragging this out, silver allowing all the playesr to be free agent and then the next owners are screwed.
