Mr. Donald Streling and his GF Go to Dinner.......

....and what will your granddaughter have? Who, as I've heard, is the child of your Hispanic daughter and her husband on the Clippers...
AND MAY I say how wonderful it is to see a family overcome the racial prejudice that continue to plague our nation even to this day....

Sterling is going to be in a losing battle if he decides to fight whatever punishment Silver gives him.

Sponsors are droppin left and right from the Clippers as long as Sterling is the owner. Fans especially of melanin will no longer support the team.

And whose going to pay those enormous salaries?

dont know if this has been posted yet but somebody should surely take this into consideration, although it'd get a lot of backlash from white people. Blacks run the NBA and theres no doubt about it, why work for a white man when most of them could be racist just like sterling

He was talking about the mentality of Sterling reflecting former slave owners, not the conditions players are subjected to.

Christ

his slave owner mentality is not an issue because he has to pay the players! he can't do housing discrimination because it is illegal and he took the largest fine in history.
society has made it impossible to be a slave owner...he can think what he wants, but he can't do what he wants!

yeah...i'll say he views black players like slaves. Okay....can he whip them? can he not pay them? can he do housing discrimination?.....he doesn't have the power to carry out his racist visions.

you don't have to work for a racist. personally I look funny at people that support racist even in those white guys and blacks that see escorts that say no black men under 40. I think the money is going to the KKK.

and as always. pride comes before the fall....

How were they legally acquired? Did Sterling consent to being taped?

Yes, they were recorded because he often forgot what he said and wanted to be able to review his words. Its on the tape where we haven't heard yet, her lawyers are aware of the legality of the situation they wouldn't be dumb

his slave owner mentality is not an issue

Stopped reading after this.

For you not to see the parallels between the thought process of slave owner and the beliefs of a modern day and court proven institutional racist who views black people as a sub category in humanity shows how dim witted you are and why the rest of your post is an unnecessary read.

An "All black league" is probably the dumbest idea I have heard yet.

LJ should really STFU, we calling for segregation in 2014?

Almost Judgment day brehs, did I miss anything new?
Legal Analyst for ESPN saying that the NBA can vote to cut the team from the league if Sterling does not sell.

Would need 24 owner votes for it and I think they can get it passed. In fact, its probably the reason Adam Silver waited until today to hold this presser.
