1). Nah, breh. I can't imagine them choosing to re-schedule and stall the 1st -round of the playoffs because one team CAN play but chooses not to. Perhaps, there would be a chance if it were a regular season game, but the playoffs are done in a strict format. You're going to have OKC/MEM waiting around for weeks while the Clips are sitting and they're trying to force Sterling to sell. It's unfortunate, but it's either play or sacrifice to make your stand.
2). Once in a lifetime opportunity? Is everyone expecting them to just have sat out that one away game and come back to play game 5 at home or sit out until they've gone through investigation and somehow managed to get dude to find someone to buy the team and sell the team (which I doubt he'd want to do anyway)? What do you really want them to do? This stuff doesn't work fast and the playoffs don't stop for one man.

I hate to say it, but the more I read up on this story, the more I realize that refusing to play was probably the way to go (despite the potential repercussions)
I'm not gonna be like some of these nikkas and say the players SHOULD have refused to play (easy to sit on your ass and say what they should do, when you're not in their situation). I'm just saying......doing that would have REALLY lit a real fire under this whole shyt
