I think Sterling's form of racism is the most dangerous kind. He will pay you millions, see you once and a while and ask you how your family is doing and how your kids are...probably shake your hand and have a 10 minute conversation with you. The anger and determination to demonstrate those feelings in an act of solidarity against Sterling isn't there. Racism was once associated with brutality and physical harm. The emotions were raw and passionate because people were dying. Sterling isn't killing minorities. In fact, he'll pay you millions of dollars.
