The TV service is cool, but I remember it going out here and there due to bad weather.

The UI is nice, but I just can't mess with their net speeds. Comcast is just fast all the time for me. Make sure you get some legit equipment when they hooking your shyt up.

their customer service is horrible, these mothafukkas overdrew my bank account 2 times, the 1st time i had cancled the auto pay and they still did the shyt, the 2nd time i was only paying half and they took the full bill out. i woulda canceled that bytch if not for the fact that i was persistant as fukk with my complaints. i got 2 monts for free out they ass lol. they also forgot to activate my internet when i 1st got it installed (sent a fukkin tech to check the issue when they coulda seen that shyt on their computers). other than that their shyt is on point. you get the most space for DVR, damn near all their channels are in 1080p (comcast channels aint as crispy as uverse).

Lol yeah att is horrible I actually worked there in college, we didnt care about shyt but bonuses anytime somebody called in it was up to us to sell shyt to u before u got where u needed to go. My bad breh if I ever pushed products on you lol

seemed like a decent pick up...and the rep mentioned my area just got fiber optics installed

my advice to you is if they offer you anything free, dont take it because thats where my moms probs started. the bill was never the same after that. she started with that package

installs take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on how many rooms u got and ur wire setup

They are the only option for my community. They throw a bbq with a pool party every summer. This year, ppl were asking em when their contract gonna be up and ppl were straight complaining and dissing em.


Don't get U Verse. They slow and their connection lags out. You barely get the speed you pay for, if you ever get it. You have to keep on whining to get decent service

You get a 4 stream limit. So if you have one tv, you can record 3 other things while watching something else. Watching 2 tvs, can only record 2 shows. Watching 3 tvs, only 1 thing can be recorded.

I used to work for att uverse tech support here in san antonio

I wouldnt get the shyt unless you had fiber optics in your area. Then again if you did have fiber optics I would just get Verizon Fios instead.
