The GOAT church candy!
Lol it would be them or these
My nana always had these, butterscotch, Dove chocolate and Lindor truffles on the coffee table. Whenever I would go over and visit her, she would almost always cook something for me, but upon entering the door, my eyes immediately darted to the coffee table to see if she had the strawberry candies.
It was always a disappointment when she didn't have any. I'd be like, "where are the strawberry candies?" She'd be like, "I have to get some more." Then I'd be thinking to myself, "who is eating these strawberry candies?"
It was me.
Miss you, Nana.

That’s all I need to see to let me know not to waste time on that articlefirst line in chappelle show description
Atlanta is the modern black Seinfeld. Truly a show about nothing. I have no idea what the point was of this latest episode but I enjoyed every single second of it.
My eyes lit up when I heard Clay Davis voice. I recognize that voice anywhere. Did he play Earns dad in the first season? I don't even remember cause it's been so long. Maybe he did. He probably didn't stand out to me then cause I didn't know who Clay Davis was until I watched The Wire in 2020 (for the first time).
When Earns dad told him he wasn't helping him and to figure it out, I started cracking up cause my mom did that to me once. I called her up about some family stuff and she told me in so many words that she was taking the day off and to figure it out.
I love s4. It's miles ahead of s3 and we only 4 episodes in. I wish they would have stuck to this format in s3 instead of adding all the other stories that really had nothing to do with the show.
