Of course the ATL
I like Kyle but he dont have all star numbers....miss me with that 50/40/90 shyt cuz its based on much less attempts...

12.9 / 3 / 4 are not all star numbers....3 point specialists arent all stars,he averages 1.7 FTs a game, why do people even quote his 90% FT shooting as an accomplishment..you gotta have MIN 5 FTs a game for that to be worth anything...might as well quote PER 36 numbers :mjlol:

Were quoting 50/50/90 not 50/40/90 as you posted, b/c it's a historic pace that has only happened once in NBA history. And how is it based on less attempts? And your opinion on what is & isn't All Star numbers is subjective. This yr the coaches chose to look at his body of work & what he's doing for the best team in the league

You trying to belittle his accomplishments makes you look small. He's having a HISTORIC season, he deserves the All Star selection

I don't think people realize how crazy Korver is playing so lemme help you out.

If Kyle Korver were to miss 88 consecutive threes, he'd still have a higher 3PT% than Steph Curry.

If he missed his next 215 straight threes, he'd still be shooting better than Dwyane Wade.

If Korver missed his next next 44 straight threes, he'd still be in 1st place in 3PT% in the NBA.

If he missed his next 151 straight threes, he'd still be ranked higher than average than the current 3PT%.

Korver shooting 3s is literally a more efficient shot than most people shooting layups.

His True Shooting is at 74.32%, which would smash the all-time single-season record of 70.81%. What makes this absolutely insane is that his average field goal attempt is from 22 feet. Tyson Chandler holds the current record and his average shot was from 2.3 feet.

Brandon Knight has had a very good season, but Korver is in the midst of a 50/50/90 season and a key part on arguably the best team in the NBA. Knight deserves his mentions, but Korver is the correct pick here

:ohhh:An uncommonly salient post from AVXL.

What does it matter? Korver isn't a passer but he's still one of the best playmakers in the NBA due to his ability to suck defenses in and completely destroy a rotation.

Korver can set a screen and cause more havoc for a defense than pretty much any non-superstar player in the NBA.

Korver is posting one of the best shooting seasons of all time. He's making Reggie Miller look like an average shooter.
