So, if he stayed in the building for a year - he had to have some type of good job or self-employment. Plus, they make you go through verification and more to make sure you can afford to live there.

I stayed Downtown Atlanta for over 8 years and in my Luxe Hi-Rise it was a good mixture of corporate, entertainers and self-employed BM and BW.
