No one is defending her judgment. That said are you saying she should have chosen better in this situation and if so based on what circumstances that you absolutely know for a fact based on the 4-5 months they dated?

Maybe she dies another way. Maybe she doesn't die at all...but a gun is an easy way to kill someone. You can shoot someone in a rage. But killing them other ways may take longer. You may think about it more. She may have been able to put up a struggle if he had to choke her or stab her. Who knows?

This comes down to how does a lawyer date a man like this? Folk staring at multiple mugshots and trying to make a case for him. "you judging!" Yes. I am.

Damn. Dude looked like a problem off his personal appearance alone- real unstable grimy looking dude. Soulless eyes. This is why I don’t let anyone that I associate with know my current residence. Paul Hastings for 5 years- she moved sloppy, that’s a $225k salary + $75,000 yearly bonus, Senior Associate - all gone over a nobody who couldn’t accept that she more than likely was breaking up with him.
