If you wanna be real, rap music, especially trap shyt is nowhere near as profitable as other genres that dude could have took part in. Maybe he's an actual fan and maybe he treats the artists fair. I can promise you I'd sign with that dude over say Baby and I don't know shyt about him.

A white person is pushing black ignorant music. Who woulda thunk it. Never heard of such behavior :francis:
I know you sniggled like an 8 year old with glee at the thought of being snarky in hopes of racking up a bunch of daps with this little response

But I'm asking about the acceptance and being cool with it by the whole city - I'm talking the fans, radio stations, fellow industry peers, everybody loves mr Charlie and all of these nikkas in atl

Atl is a majority black city too, this just seems odd to me..

But if you talk about their sinister motives, it's silence. :sas2:

@The HONORABLE SKJ @PhonZhi

exactly...

because we FEAR "THEM"

And because whites like Charlie know how to use "negroes" as buffers.....I NEVER seen Charlie ...always dealt with the "help" whenever we (MY former company)did promotions with acts like Travis Porter and a few other Street Exec acts.....

Lyor...Craig Kallman and Todd Moscowitz and Steve Rifkind all have done this for years...even though THEY were the ones pulling the strings...it was the "negroes" under them such as the Kevin Liles.....Chris Lighty's.....and Tina Davis's whom caught the HEAT...BEEF's and eventual "mysterious deaths"........

it's like all these blacks whom work in the industry whether it's an artist like Bankroll or an exect like Chris are all a bunch of CRASH TEST DUMMIES to protect the "REAL BOSSES" I.E (white, jewish) from taken the L's.....

but it's been like that since the inception of the "Rap Game" which we NEVER OWNED TO BEGIN WITH....

we've been seeing lately all these stories about how corrupt the Robinsons were when they ran SUGAR HILL RECORDS

they even got a documentery about it which didn't even really point the finger at the real culprit ...which was Mob affiliate MORRIS LEVY and his Jewish "friend" ...MCA RECORDS chaiman and distributor of Sugar Hill records....IRVING AZOFF who was very instrumental in the creation and success of LIVE NATION as well as now being the head of MSG/TICKETMASTER.....

so you see it's the same usual suspects as far as MASS (MASTERS) while all these "soc alled" real niccas posing as BOSSES are taking penitentiary risks and attempts on their lives to protect the business intrests of those whom don't give a rat's azz about them or t hier community or socalled CULTURE.

But at the end of the day WE ARE TO BLAME

Charlie got all these "so-called street niccas" and trapping rappers SHARECROPPING for him, simply cause he knows NEGROES ARE MORE TRUSTING OF HIM , then a BROTHER.....

I ATTEMPTED TO DO WHAT CHARLIE DID DECADES AGO WHEN I first started managing deejays and a few artists.........but it's so difficult to get black folks to do business with another BLACK MAN...simply cause as one WHITE EXEC told me...."black folks are MORE SUSPCISIOUS of BLACK FOLKS THAN THE WHITE MAN, which is why blacks are willing to take on business ventures and risks because their is a sense of "comfort" with a white businessman"

and he was RIGHT
:manny:

which is why WE CAN'T AND NEVER WILL OWN SHYT........... :francis:

For those of you that don't know, Street Execs is run by Charlie Jabaley; a white dude who use to run around ATL with a camera blah blah blah now he owns street execs studios....

hqdefault.jpg

here are his artists:

2 Chainz

Bankroll Fresh

Cap 1

Skooly

Travis Porter

Young Dolph

all DOPE/STREET shyt. this dude ain't trying to push no R&B, no POP, no reggae, no white or female artists...all young black males pushing TRAP music and everything that culture encompasses: hoes, partying, money, street violence.

he's successful, can't argue with that:

maybe hes just managing dudes whos music he likes and doesnt wanna do a half hearted push towards pop/r&b. Seems smart to stay in your lane rather than over saturating the market with generic pop garb that will probably go nowhere

i was reading about that after the bankroll fresh shooting there has been problems there
i've personally been to DJ DRAMA (not dj scream my bad) spot and he has it air tight in that place, not sure about how street execs is set up

hmmmm....jermaine dupri just found a dope little female rapper on his reality show
plus even though his artists can book major venues in ATL and throughout the south, they ain't selling no albums :comeon:
he can find a little guitar strumming indie artist if he wanted to and corner that coffee shop market...
that white mufukka knows what he's doing.

i saw the travis porter documentary once they gave a little background on him
i don't think he came from money that's for sure...he's on instagram taking courses on finances n shyt

I don't have anything personal against ole buddy, but his "factory" is some bullshyt though

plus seeing that there's speculation that BANKROLL was murdered by a label mates crew/entourage(?)
it would behoove him to try and clean up his roster :francis:
