I wish non-southerners would stop saying dumb shyt like this.

Its not that they're "weak" its that NO ONE can deal with it. Not even the government.

Theres no pre-salted streets. Theres no sand trucks. NONE of the residents have snow-tires.

BASED ON SHEER INFRASTRUCTURE, they can't deal.
Wtf is a presalted street:beli:

I've never known a person to switch to snow tires for the winter:pachaha:

Took me 3 hours to get home.EVERY road is fukked.I got behind a 18 wheeler that got stuck on a hill. Then i got behind a school bus that was stuck. They had to call the police truck to come pull it out.I thought there was no way.But that F-250 or whatever damn sure pulled it out.Abandoned cars and people walking everywhere.Group of people got stuck trying to get out my neighborhood and people were out pushing them. It's armageddon out there.I have no idea how i made it home. But people still at work they might as well stay the night.

:heh: I forgot the type of fukkery that ensues during snow storms in ATL. I'm sure all the stores have already been raided for milk and bread. Home Depot is out of Salt, batteries, Ice Scrappers etc.

Why didn't they just tell people to telework or close down businesses? And they were making fun of the Federal Gov't in DC for closing a couple of days this year. Yeah it may appear over cautious, but it saves people and emergency personnel a lot of pain. It's better than having all these people on the road.
