I can see both sides of this .... being from the South any snow was like 
situation .......and b/se they usually don't have the equipment nor the driving skills to handle that kind of weather it does become some epic shyt on the roads...
However, living in Baltimore and DC for awhile I can tell you that 2 inches ain't shiiiit.... tell your boss in Baltimore you not showing up cause 2 inches on the ground ..

Took me 3 hours to get home.EVERY road is fukked.I got behind a 18 wheeler that got stuck on a hill.Then i got behind a school bus that was stuck.They had to call the police truck to come pull it out.I thought there was no way.But that F-250 or whatever damn sure pulled it out.Abandoned cars and people walking everywhere.Group of people got stuck trying to get out my neighborhood and people were out pushing them.It's armageddon out there.I have no idea how i made it home.But people still at work they might as well stay the night.

There's people cars flipping, catching fire and people actually DYING over 1 inch of snow 
I saw atleast 3 wrecks on the way home and no cops by them.Every cop busy as fukk right now.No way they can be on every road.We def wasnt prepared for this.Like i said don't know how i made it.
