Its a not a ghetto, but the news is out there on a fairly regular basis. Not like folks get killed everyday out there, but enough to where people aren't shocked if it happens. Lithonia and Stone Mountain are basically exactly like PG County up in Maryland. Some parts even look the same. Like the Redan Rd part of Stone Mountain looks just like Ft Washington to me. Same type of houses and everything.
Im not from that side, someone from the east could better explain it

Be safe breh.Stuck on 31 for about 5 plus hours got to the top of it and found out the road was closed. Detoured thru 280
to lakeshore and was stucked there for about another 5 hours. Tried to find a hotel nearby but everybody
was booked. Ended up crashing at a church when it's was starting to get late. Decided to try it in the
morning. Took red mountain express to I20-I59 all the way back fine. Mainly since nobody was on road. But
yeah cars still stranded everywhere. Couldn't make it all the way home with my car. Left it parked at a lot
and huffed it about a mile home.
Stay warm brehs
Damn brehsalute you breh's. We are used to it here and idiots still can't drive. Stay up, yo...

I used to live in MSyrna. I kinda miss the place. What part?
Never lived that far east, but yea what you're saying is right. Girl I talked to from high school stayed off of 78 a few miles from Stone mountain park. My mom works off Panola Rd...I salute y'all brehs who stay out there, the Klan is still active around Stone mountain so be safe out there
i just seen someone going down the road with a rope tied to the back of their car. and on the other end was a laundy basket with a nikka riding in it
Check out this guy's twitter. He was taken in by a family during the storm.
Humanity brehs
If i could neg, i would. Somebody drop this nikka for mei'd NEVER leave my car. A lot of people are wilding doing that.
the city of stone mountain is black but there is a local neighborhood called Smoke Rise that is still mostly upscale and white. For whatever reason even though it relatively close to the mountain, the neighborhood feeds into tucker High, which the surrounding unincorparated area is white, to find Smoke Rise, you take highway 78 from I-285 to gwinett county, and you take the Hugh Howell exit which only goes north, ( a special event exit for Stone Mountain goes south, and that used to be called Hugh Howell, apparently, the park wasn't always sealed off)Damn....didnt know that. I remember hearing that they set a cross on fire on top of it back in like the 20's or some shyt, but I didn't know they was still active. Not surprised though, hell look who is on the face of the mountain.
C/s shyt crazySame.
We all live around other.
Probably saw yall in the mall or something and didn't even know it.
