Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
White folks can have them 1400 sq ft. bungalows with street parking. fukk that. I need space.

A lot of folks jumping at that shyt are from other areas where not having a yard and parking is cool with them because the never had it anyway.

Giving away your community because you need space lol. After seeing millions of properties I’ve learned the configuration of the home is what determines space. These cacs also have 0/1/2 kids so those 1400 ft bungalows work well for them.

Honestly if I had the money I’d stay in the community benefit from the wealth gains and add more space to my property

There are still enough traditional housing in Atlanta for white folks with staircase kids

White folks partying too, they just got the money and connections to do both.
you can have a party phase when you got generational wealth to fall back on and your parents crib they own. i knew plenty white kids in college who were entirely bank rolled through school and rent paid for and complained about being broke because they had to earn their lil spending income. granted this isn't universal but we don't have that cushion. rich white kids, rich asians, rich africans/black americans all can be on that time. regular brehs

Let it work for them. I learned a long time ago to figure out what you want and go for it. I don't want a zero lot, 1400 sq ft home with street parking.

I feel the same way about these starting at $400k townhomes popping up everywhere.

I have 3 kids, i need space. I had to get a home with a basement so i could decompress. Living with 4 females in a 1300 square foot joint aint easy

Everybody want to move to the burbs to get away from :mjpls: now the same hood you left is worth more than your 3000sq house 20 mins away from the city :mjpls:.

And the sad thing is you go to any black economic group on Facebook and these folks are teaching people to leave the communities and build wealth the suburbs where poverty is rising?

:ohhh:
