I live in the south, churches every 30 yards..... shyts embarrassing that many people are told what to think. Not saying you gotta be an a/thiest but if you belong to a congregation you don't practice free thinking you practice group think..... Just saying it shows a good amount about you.

The individual church doesn't but the denomination does. Why else would there be a protestant church? Meant it in that respect. It effects people's worldviews so it does even if its through indoctrination, which every kid that goes to church goes through.

Protestant Churches exist because Christians wanted to think for themselves instead of being told how to interpret the Bible by Rome in the 16th Century.
