This thread has a lot of ignorance about history and a lot of people are making crazy connections with atheism throughout history.

We will use whatever words we want, thanks. "Evil" and "good" are subjective perceptions and if we subjectively view something to be "good" or "evil", why the fukk wouldn't we use those words?

which i share the same sentiments. i hate the kindergarten childish way god is explained and discussed

but atheist themselves are becoming more and more like the people in the church they abhor

just replace the bible with science books and jesus with darwin or hoyle

they become arrogantly judgmental in their assessment that everyone who acknowledges there is a creator worships the exact same way as christians who were taught christianity by white slave masters

when in fact millions dont worship that way

and it becomes redundant and silly to continue to run to places in the bilble place its passages out of context and believe they are making a point for atheism.

Never understood how they cant see that the religious are the ones claiming that something came from nothing, not the atheists. I mean, it says it plain as day in their fairy tale books.

Somehow.. religious people think that only THEY can have morals and ethics and kind hearted thoughts and actions. Like atheists are a bunch of mindless savages.
Naww... we're just able to discern right from wrong without having to be repeatedly told so.

Depends on the kind of atheist society.

Pick one and then I will answer:

Atheist society if religion never existed?

Aggressive Atheist society based on those who are obsessed with going against anything remotely close to theism?

They are not only against theism but also against deism as a whole.

In my experience entry-level athiests tend to simply be science whores moreso than anything else.
Take a story about angels and change the word angel to alien and their entire stance on it flip flops. 100% nonsense to 100% plausable in 0 to 60.

But many athiests simply enjoy the conotation of the term, similarly to how a fool might wear glasses to buy into the 'glasses make you look smart' stereotype.

I don't even pay them attention unless they are at least tier two atheists (athiesm, to religion, back to atheiism) cause it shows a degree of critical thinking.
This is no different than a thiest that has only ever been a single religion and has no true desire to learn anything more. They mirror one another.

The reason is because they're lack of knowledge and comprehension of spirituality is a constant affront to their world view. Since Yahuah is real, then their entire life is not. The reality is responsibility. The feeling of being responsible and accountable for ones own actions is contrary to the feeling of doing and acting lawless. The atheistic state of lawlessness however is a false comfort zone, a self appointed bubble of ignorance so thinly founded that any association with respect of Greater Authority, compromises it.

Thus atheists feel free and justified attacking what they do not understand.
