Ironic this thread popped up.
In my 40s and in the last 3 days, I've played ball for 2 hours, jogged for an hour and, yesterday, walked with a 30 lbs vest on for 8 miles.
Knocked off 23 minutes from my previous walk from 7 days ago.
...and, yes, my body is feeling it but I feel good.
The gag is im sick but I definitely ain't flabby lol
