At what age do you become flabby and sick 24 - 26? 28 - 29? 30 +?

Ironic this thread popped up.

In my 40s and in the last 3 days, I've played ball for 2 hours, jogged for an hour and, yesterday, walked with a 30 lbs vest on for 8 miles.

Knocked off 23 minutes from my previous walk from 7 days ago.:smugdraper:

...and, yes, my body is feeling it:noah: but I feel good.:wow:

Me and the other old heads at work try tell these young cats at work what the secret sauce is (⏸️) but 90% of them don't listen. :wow:

We got folks half our age that can barely pass their physical evals, stay injured, have beer guts, no muscle mass, can't squat/bench/dead 1000 pounds or run a 5K, etc. And they don't like it when the ladies be

My metabolism definitely slowed down at around 26/27. But I do regular cardio as well as yoga/rock climbing so the extra 25 pounds I gained on my frame from 140 to 165 pounds is proportional, I still look skinny but with some muscle now
