I'm 21 bout to graduate next year, I've been thinking a lot about moving out but my parents would be devastated. My parents are traditional Africans that see moving out before getting married as sort of like abandoning them (if not for good reason like work interstate, study etc). I pay no bills or anything so it's not too bad

Same here, but I'm leaving eventfully.

Just finished college last year, and my mom was outta work for almost 2.5 years before she found her new job.

So me staying home actually benefits us both ways. Plus my mom said I can live with her as long as I want. One of the perks of being a good child.

I wanted to leave earlier but parents told me to stay there and save. but i blew all my money. all i got to show for it is a damn good roster, and i cant even prove it, LOL.

I shoulda moved out earlier but i can't do nothin bout it now.

I don't know why my parents wanted me to stay, all they did was complain bout how they don't like what i do round the house
