Yup. He def don't want it with the boi Aubrey. He been ducking him for years.:yeshrug: Probably cause he owes his career to Drake for putting him on the Club Paradise tour which gave him his first buzz. He ain't gon bite the hand that fed him.

that rolling stone cover really keeping the ovo damage control owlets up at night huh?

I really hope this shyt goes down. it's just really spooky that drake went on the radio to talk it out instead of dropping a direct one to kendrick after Control.

we already know the bars from drake's camp going to be hot, ovo tents are standing by and ready

OVO Hush Calls Out Pusha T, Says He Has "Back to Back Phobia"

reference track is probably already done and mixed :ohhh:

oh and don't forget that drake was shouting out his ghostwriter nickelus F on his very first mixtape :sas2:
so i'm not sure about all that "drake was writing his own bars before"

cant wait for that MAN VS MACHINE :blessed:

Drake gonna show Kendrick himself and all his insecurities, put weeknd on the hook, and it will be song of the summer.
it's an even battle

Drake fills a major lane in rap and no one is close to his level in that lane

Whereas kendrick clearly the better lyricist overall.

But drake got them quotables. Back to back was full of them, and if you look at all his subliminals they hit hard
Kendrick is NOT a better lyricist.

Again, some of y'all don't understand elite writing

I mean, Big Sean and Wale are nicer with lyrics than Kendrick.

Kendrick has that Eminem-like aggression with none of the wittiness of early 2000s Eminem.

Kendricks' gonna do some 7/10 song with a 6/10 beat with some heavy flow, lyrics with no clarity, and some ambiguous "oh you're a p*ssy and you're soft" type bars.

Drake on the other hand? Straight hit record going at Kendrick's literally insecurities to the fact he'll avoid looking in the mirror.

Drake is clearly not unaware of what he's doing.

People forget he bodied Common....as in Common the legend

Kendrick's goofy alien voice and nonsense verses won't stand a chance against Drake:francis:

Dudes forget that this is the entertainment game.

All Drake gotta do is say the shyt you'll remember and cuts hard enough, and he'll win.

I mean War Pain itself was a dope diss record from Meek, but Drake had already crushed him.

If you don't strike when its hot, it won't matter.

And on top of that, Meek aint THAT great of a rapper.

Some of y'all really got the singing and dancing and goofy shyt fukked up. Drake is INCREDIBLY disarming. He's a slick a$$hole on the low...

This is entertainment. This isn't poetry.

Drake finds better ways to fill space in instrumentals.

Drake sounds better on beats. For a multitude of reasons.

I'll say this, DAMN is the best Kendrick has ever sounded. And thats because of the production, and better writing.

Kendrick has some technical flaws that people love to avoid.

Drake's problem was that he wasn't a street artist and had the perception of being soft.

While I agree with a couple of these, I still don't think Drake is better lyrically :yeshrug:
