If the artist doesn't show up, gets injured, etc etc the venue can still get their bread. Travis has a history of fukkery happening at his concerts, to the point insuring his shows was difficult. Remember he's still dealing with a legal case for telling someone to jump from a balcony at his concert, resulting in the person becoming paralyzed. No one offered to insure Astroworld for obvious reasons. He's on the hook for all this shyt.

This is why Kanye will never tour again btw (unless someone brings him out as a guest or opener). The Pablo fiasco resulted in him getting blackballed. No one will insure his tours anymore, and remember the only reason he got the Pablo tour was because Hov personally vouched for him.
