Time will tell, but I highly doubt it. I can't see any insurance company, venue, even, the city will attempt to host AstroWorld or Travis. An insurance lawyer mentioned how all festival premiums will increase after this event. He has lawsuits that are way higher than the insurance coverage plus all attendees could be a part of a class-action lawsuit.

Imagine this incident happened at Day N Vegas. Before Travis got on stage. You couldn't use this information as evidence, any reputable judge throws it out. Otherwise, Travis is liable for not only the deaths at this event, but all incidents that have occurred at his concerts since those posts of him "inciting violence" (and to invite violence there has to be an actual, not implied command to pop shyt off)... And good luck arguing that before a judge who isn't emotionally attached to this case, or a preselected jury.

He's fukked in the court of public opinion (outside his fanbase), but that will matter little in the court of law. See Cosby for another example.

1. It's immediately gonna sell out. But they know more people will show up, breaking fire code.

2. They still have to pay the increased insurance, and if anything happens again that small venue will be finished for good.
