I agree Travis brand will be ok in the long run but he wont tour for at least a year. As far as liability the civil cases are going to have to prove he encouraged this behavior for this event. That tweet back in May might hurt him if the court allows that as evidence. Other than that he's not legally liable. He had no control over ending the show and wasn't aware of what was going on.
