You dudes are terrible you not gonna find a harder workout than:

10 pull-ups 10 seconds rest
8 pull-ups 8 second rest
6 pull-ups 6 second rest
4 pull-ups 4 second rest
2 pull-ups 2 second rest
1:30 second break

repeat 10 times

rest 10 minutes

25 pushups 4 different variations repeat 5 times in less than 20 minutes or less

rest 5 minutes

250 dips in 5 minutes or less

I got different sets and workouts for days with body weights y’all too in love with them weights and that fake strength

Nope I can’t do all of that to be 100...Tendons are torn up but even then I couldn’t do that many pull-ups

I’m not sure they are both strength the calisthenics is more so endurance.

Calisthenics is strength too fam,no way you doing 300 pull-ups in about 45 minutes flat and not getting stronger

I agree I think it’s all the same speed+strength=power. But the ability to conduct 100 pull-ups or dips is not any more real of a display than the ability to Deadlift/squat 600 for x sets/reps for example.

Pound for pound whose stronger I would say it depends on who generates more power. speed + strength = power

a dude 225lbs doing 300 pull-ups/dips is going to generally be stronger and more powerful than a dude 165lbs doing 300 pull-ups/dips. Unless it’s some other underlying issue.

it’s like saying someone doing 200 pushups in 3 minutes is stronger than someone benching 405LBs for x reps/sets...they don’t compare and both are strong/powerful.

True. But that’s a 60 pound difference.

Who stronger?

Guy A- lifts no weights but can do 300 pull-ups,500 pushups,250 dips in an hour

Guy B- Does no calisthenics but can max bench 315, max deadlift 405

the person who is stronger it comes down to what you are using to measure strength.
