At 31, this weight isn’t coming off like it used to.

Pre covid I was about 210, working my way down to 185. Covid happened. Gyms closed. I starting drinking again. Drank almost every day of 2021. Over time it became an all day thing. I gained 100 pounds.

Now I’m here, 20 days sober. Down to 306.8, from 310 at the beginning of the month.

At this weight exercise is really difficult and the smallest amount will leave me exhausted.

Most frustrating part is that I don’t eat as bad as you’d think for someone my size. I don’t drink any of my calories, try to avoid sugar, drink a bunch of water, mostly eat at home.

What exercises or programs can you guys recommend for a :flabbynsick: breh that can barely jog for 7 minutes :snoop:

Unfortunately, that's the downside of not taking care of yourself in your youth.
First calisthenics and bodyweight exercises then move to weight training.
For cardio, Start walking for miles, then 400-800M spriting on a hill or incline

Yup.

Cardio & get a peleton or bike. Free weights start slow.

What were you drinking. Beer, Wine, mixed drinks, or straight liquor?

Like @Mike Nasty suggested, get to walking

You can SEE 100 pounds easily I would have sent my self a red alert to get in shape around 20-30 pounds at the most got a long road my G..start by cutting food portions only eat until you not hungry anymore stop eating until you “stuffed” and stop drinking so much maybe smoke weed if you must be intoxicated..

For the most part I’d drink 3 to 4 packs of the 3 pack tall cans of Budweiser a day. Sometimes the medium bottle of vodka. Then i would just sit at home because I couldn’t drive and everyone stopped talking to me cause i was drunk all the time.
