I drink 2 tall cans of beer post workout and still losing weight. Get to a normal weight OP then you can start gettin your drank on again.

Even Arnold suggested it but people didn’t know if he was bullshyttin or tellin the truth but yea, I’ve also read beer can work since the body needs simple carbs PW.
