k, not going to argue with u..seems like people are more interested in arguing/debating than asking questions, learning things. No sweat off my back.

Im cool with the learning fam. I have had professional training in a multi sports programme from 7 to 15. I stopped because of a bone fracture and a problematic right knee but i never forgot about the basics.

I'm not trying to knock you but i was just saying that the value add is mainly putting down what worked for you and letting people that want to achieve a similar physique try to follow it/ ask you specific questions related to your approach. Don't assume or make general statements about how every other approach doesn't work. There is already tons of repetitive material on this site and the internet - it has gotten to a point where people know what to do but they just want to hear it from other people

Here is an example of a good thread:

~~~MMSex's Comprehensive Guide to Cutting for Beginners/Overweight/Obese~~~
Since i know folks be lurking WANTING to get in shape but too shook to do it, im gonna post the guide i made on bodybuilding.com here, ive lost over 65 pounds following this simple strategy
*****Disclaimer*****
This guide is specifically about learning reasonable eating habits and meeting calorie requirements without mental stress
This guide is not for those who are already in shape and know what they are doing(but can potentially help)
This guide is NOT the only way to lose weight but I have found personally to be extremely effective
I think TS just has a very "factual" tone of voice and it makes him sound like THIS IS THE ONLY WAY. But i'm not mad at him he's just trying to share what he's learnt.
I think that's one of the reasons people like the Hodge Twins so much. They tell you what they do, then they say what others find helpful, then they say do whatever you want.
Saying fruit is a no-no is a bit too much of a sweeping statement. People get ripped eating fruit every day. Most of them are good for you too. Had he pointed out some fruits pack a good number of calories and tossing em all in a single smoothie could lead to excessive calories/sugar it would be fair. Again, the green vegetables is excellent advice. But you can throw in other vegetables and make gains.
The sweeping statements are the worst thing about online fitness advice. There's probably only a handful of truths but a myriad of ways to get there.
Yeah, I was riding with TS until I read that. That particular part had me like :dahell: But like you said, he is in here dropping some jewels. Once you start making generalizations, though, that's where you can lose nikkas, because everybody is different. Some nikkas can eat mad carbs every day and still get ripped, while I have to make sure to keep mine to somewhat of a limit.
We clearly have a lot of experts in here. A nice web of knowledge to collect information from.
At the end of the day that is the most important thing. Take consistent and seemingly sound information from sources and see how it works for you.
I picked up on something in here myself :ehh:
Those are my teardrops from looking at his pictures:to:
How Do I lose unwanted belly fat? I do all sorts of crunches and i still got a pudge, Im a skinny dude but this has me feeling :flabbynsick:
if you're skiny with a belly, then you probably arent going to the bathroom enough. Eat high fiber cereal EVERY DAY likeFiber 1....and supplement that with Metamucil maybe every few days.
OP is coming heavily under fire. I understand why, but he apologized and I think should be given the benefit of the doubt. He's proven that his methods work (even if only for him). I'm relatively new to the whole nutrition/fitness world so I'm down for hearing anyone out. Take what works for you. Eschew what offends you. :manny:
