k, not going to argue with u..seems like people are more interested in arguing/debating than asking questions, learning things. No sweat off my back.
Im cool with the learning fam. I have had professional training in a multi sports programme from 7 to 15. I stopped because of a bone fracture and a problematic right knee but i never forgot about the basics.
I'm not trying to knock you but i was just saying that the value add is mainly putting down what worked for you and letting people that want to achieve a similar physique try to follow it/ ask you specific questions related to your approach. Don't assume or make general statements about how every other approach doesn't work. There is already tons of repetitive material on this site and the internet - it has gotten to a point where people know what to do but they just want to hear it from other people
