Oil pulling (my bad) is taking either cold pressed coconut oil, sunflower oil, or olive oil and basically pushing the oil back and forth between your teeth for 20 minutes every morning before you eat anything and spitting it out. It's supposed to pull toxins from your body and I can honestly say after two weeks of doing it, my skin looked better and my teeth were whiter. It also helped ease some joint pain in my knees. It works...
