Me personally, Im a vegetarian, and I try to do the vegan thing at times. So I wouldn't call myself flat out vegan. all veggies aint gonna be good cause esau has hybrid foods out there, I guess you gotta research which is which. I honestly don't know anything about the gold/silver powder. I have an alkaline water machine for a full calendar year now, and the shyt is collecting dust due to my laziness. Very shameful when you think about it. The shyt was 2k $ too. I also have an Alkaline COokbook, I'll link you to it when I get a chance to upload it. Something else I haven't used. SMH. Sometimes you can have the knowledge, but not the will to use it.
