still don't quite get it so yall will have to forgive me, but aren't you just ordering to your specific taste? like i said i've never really liked steak like that.
but i see people ordering their hamburgers rare sometimes too when i'm in an higher end restaurant so i always thought it was just an individual thing. maybe i'll try a medium rare steak and see what's up.
