Good bye Coli(2014-2020)
Look, I'm not going to go back and forth with a person whose only point of reference is visiting a region i've lived 20 + years in.

I've lived in Harlem, lived in Crown Heights, lived in LES.

shyt is the same.

I'll reiterate, what is going to cause Blacks to practice group economics?

By increasing more black owned business? I don't see how culture has to do with it.

^^^Don't see how culture or white people are stopping this?

And I lived in the North longer than you to see the difference. Your point?

a cultural shift caused by an awakening consciousness.

that or a few popular rappers making a hot song about it

What does that mean? :mindblown:

Its ironic you bring up rap because its a Black cultural movement that fell due to White consumption and subversion :heh:

Dame Dash is trying to get a Black capitalism movement started, lets see how far it goes :sas2:

And majority aren't turning a profit. You can start businesses all you want but it isn't staying afloat without Black support.

it fell because blacks didn't keep it exclusive and allowed outside entities to thrive within the culture. that "white consumption" made a lot of black multi-millionaires (and 1 billionaire)

True. True. But black owned business IS a start to group economics. IMO(and it may hurt feelings), I think black businesses don't succeed is due to the products they sell not being as the same quality as their competitors. People think you're suppose to support black owned business just because its black; but I'm not buying a bootleg broken game console from a black owned flea market when I can get a cheaper and fixed one from Gamestop. Which one is better? Its the truth. Black owned businesses quality of goods is sometimes not up to par with its non-black competitors.

So you need black owned businesses but those black owned businesses has to be bigger than its rivals.

I'm not trying to change the topic of the thread, but the man in the picture is Akio Morita, the Japanese founder of Sony.

Edit: Im trying to find out if this was a real interview as well as who this mr.chang character is, but not finding anything
It's fake. I knew it was fishy when he used the words "white supremacy." Asians don't diss white people, and definitely wouldn't say that. They would blame the "west" first.

And why is that?

baby steps....
because black people allowed jews, latinos and whites to come into the culture under the guise of kumbaya, only for them to usurp and monetize the artform

that would be a lot harder to do if your main agendas to popularize group economics. i give people like tariq nasheed his props cus he's did his bit, but more people will get with the program long as whites continue to show their asses

I agree quality of product and service has a lot to do with it.

Group capitalism is not very realistic as long as we are a minority and cacs continue to consume our culture.

it is fake. the pic is of the deceased head of sony or some shyt. BUT i do know first hand that this is how asians operate in business practices. they look out HARD for their own people. they dont fukk with each other, like that, but they will go korean over a black person in a minute.

Fake huh? Well it was probably written by a CAC to big up Asians and denigrate blacks in a "nice way."

but all that $$$ would just go towards the whites, because, you know, white consumption.

a larger population is useless if everyones going to make the same mistakes. takes more people starting businesses and setting a standard. takes people realizing its stupid to brag about how much you overpaid for junk. it will happen because its already happening. people are waking up in slow numbers and distancing themselves from the flashy bullshyt.
