Me personally I don’t use gummies I used the Wild Harvest capsules

Certain brands will do that like Nature Made. You could try to lower the dosage or try to take it not too close to bed time

i bought this one that includes another active supplement l-theanine in it for a boosted effect. reddit said to buy the ones with the ksm 66 label. but u also just might not be as neurotic as i am tbh
